The hotel is situated in a great location, close to many attractions and easy to find. The breakfast was really good with a variety of options. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
The room was old and small for three people, and the shower cabin door was broken. The worst aspect was the noise from other guests, making it hard to sleep.

The hotel is conveniently located near a main road and is within walking distance of the city center. the outside area is pleasant with garden furniture, although not always clean. the reception staff is very friendly and helpful. the breakfast is a highlight and offers a wide variety of options.
Despite the friendly staff, the hotel experience is marred by the aged and worn rooms. the small size of the room and poorly functioning bathroom facilities, such as a broken shower cabin door, detract from the overall convenience of the location.

During my Christmas stay, I loved the cozy ambiance and fresh scent of the room. the bed was soft and comfortable. the Christmas decorations in the lobby made me feel so festive. the location, near shops and restaurants, was very convenient. the friendly staff offered warm smiles and courteous help, which added to my great experience. Plus, I enjoyed the complimentary hot cocoa and cookies in the lobby.
The curtains were too thin, letting in too much light early in the morning. I suggest having room-darkening shades.

I had a great time staying here. The hotel was in a convenient location with easy access to transportation. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast they offered was delicious. Additionally, the cleanliness of the facilities was impressive.
